Body contouring has been on the rise for years and almost always consists of combining multiple procedures for an overall improved body look. The most well known body contouring combo has been the Mommy Makeover, reversing the effects of pregnancy through breast implants with or without lifts and some form of a tummy tuck. But a body makeover is not just for women. While men don’t get pregnant, age and gravity does have an effect on their body as well. The development of too much fat in the stomach and love handles on the side as well as chest changes with enlargement of breast tissue and some sagging can also be improved in a single procedure. Performing abdominal and flank liposuction with chest fat removal with or without open gynecomastia excision creates the combo plastic surgery procedure that can be called the Daddy Makeover. Reshaping the male torso can also include other procedures such as pectoral implants, nipple lifts, six-pack abdominal etching and mini-tummy tucks. While the number of men lag behind women in having body makeovers, their numbers are increasing.
